Baltimore & Beer Pong Lives On
Baltimoreans are still playing the game of beer pong in peace after a Senator tried to ban the 
sport in 2009. The Senators quest to ban the popular drinking game came to an end after many angry beer pong players had E-mailed the Senator.
Maryland state Sen. George Della Jr, a 26 year veteran tried to put the stop on allowing bars and clubs the pleasure of adding beer pong tables in to their establishments. Along with any other drinking games.
“I just hope that if people keep doing it , that they do it in a way that there’s no excessive drinking and disrespect for the surrounding neighborhoods,” Della told the Sun
Well it has been a few years as of this Senators views. I have not read or found any other articles on the internet that beer pong has become a problem in Baltimore. I do know that this sport of beer pong has become more popular over the years. I feel that it will keep on growing bigger and become quite the sport with Los Vegas hosting the World Series of Beer Pong.
With the prize of $50,000.00 there will be year after year of growth for this sport of beer pong. I am sure that there will be many teams signing up to play in Vegas.
