A Little Dart History
The old dart game
was originated in England where the archers would take their arrows and throw them at the bottom of a beer barrel the archers would actually take these beer bottoms with them when they traveled. You can see that these wooden bottoms were the first dart board!
The game progressed and the darts became smaller and the game of darts became popular in pubs all around Briton. There became several different rules to the game in different parts of Briton.
The change af the dart, from then to now, has changed signifacantly through the years they are nearly all made of tungsten these day which gives the weight without the bulk. This has made the 180 scores more likely as they can all fit into the treble 29 easier then the old bulkier brass darts.
The dart boards have come a long way as you can see, from the round bottom af the beer kegs to the stand up electric dart boards. Alas this will be another story later down the road!
Captain Morgan and Darts
Captain Morgans and the tropics spells Spiced Rum! Let everyone know that the Captain was here with a Captain Morgans Dart Board
. Great for the home bar/rec room , and makes a great gift for the rum drinker on your list.
Bring the touch of a real bar to the home bar/ rec room, and let it provide many years and hours of entertainment. Long before your Ipod burns out and your WII becomes obsolete, the dart board will still be hanging there, as up to date as ever, for a fraction of the cost. Long live the simple things!
